Our kids are treated well with programs based on ADE preschool programs and Food & Nutrition Programs Through CACFP. They've been around for over 60 years.

This is absolutely the worst daycare I have ever been to. Let me start with the daycare facility. The building is in a very poor area, with broken glass in the alley, where the INFANTS and TODDLERS play area outside is. The building is old with dirty stained carpet, and 1960's asylum style set up. The cribs are in several rows, and the bouncers were in a single line. Everytime I went to pick my child up, there were infants awake and left in cribs and bouncers without anyone attending to them! Now, onto the staff. My daughter was transferred from a toddler room to an infant room every day, I would ask for updates every day, and the afternoon staff would say, "Oh, I don't know.. She just got here." There was a very interesting problem that arised at this daycare. I dropped my daughter off at the daycare with no marks, and when I picked her up, she had a gash below her eye and her elbow was pretty scraped up. When I asked what happened, again I got, "Oh, I don't know.. She just got here." So I then started to question and demanded an answer by the next morning. The next morning, a woman in the office said, "Oh I saw her yesterday, she had that before she got here." When I asked her when she started her shift, my daughter had been in daycare an hour BEFORE she had gotten to work. Again, I demanded an answer, and the morning daycare staff explained that she had that before she got there. I said that I wanted a written statement of that, and she told me she would have one in the morning. The next morning I was given a letter, that explained she fell outside playing at 9 am and scraped her right cheek and elbow. It also said that the daycare staff put ice on it. I asked how this was possible when 24 hours ago she said she had it before she got there in the morning. So, I continued to ask questions, when she finally admitted to the supervisor that she made it up because she thought that is what I wanted. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard!
