I started having problems with the transmission in my 2004 Chevy 1500, and the dealer told me I needed a new transmission. I checked the web for transmission shops all around Phoenix and made some calls. The cost for a rebuilt transmission from the Chevy dealership and even AAMCO was more than my truck was worth! The rest of the shops I found in Phoenix gave me the run around and seemed very shady. My regular mechanic referred me to Allstate transmission and auto repair. I called them Tuesday morning and the quote was very reasonable and their price automatically included a new torque converter (which several people suggested I get). They had my vehicle towed to their shop later that afternoon. I was shocked when they called Thursday afternoon and was told my vehicle was ready to go! I picked my truck up Friday morning and was very happy with their outstanding customer service and the bill was exactly what they quoted me. The truck drives perfectly! Thanks guys!

I have a small Phoenix business with 5 trucks that get a lot of miles. My old transmission shop repaired my transmission 3 times, and then my transmission quit working again. That was it, this was on my personal car which sees very few miles, makes no sense. I took my car to Allstate Transmission and Auto Repair, they were able to fix it the first time with no problems. Traveling back home from Texas, I started having transmission problems. Being from out of state I took the advise of all the recommendations, and I'm glad I did. Mitch at Allstate transmission was great to work with. The cost to fix my car's transmission was under $1,000 and Mitch made sure they got my car fixed quick since I was stuck in a hotel, they even dropped me off and picked me up. Great customer service! I'm back in Seattle now, and my transmission works great, absolutely no problems. A huge thanks to Allstate transmission & auto repair!

I found Allstate Transmission And Auto Repair after Googling transmission repair shops in Phoenix. What a mess, luckily there are reviews to help find a reputable transmission shop! I was surprised to see how many bad reviews there are for transmission shops in Phoenix. I even searched transmission shops in Peoria, Glendale, etc. I almost considering going to the dealer until I called them. They made me feel more railroaded then anything and the price for a rebuilt transmission was ridiculous, it was more than my car was worth! and it wasn't even a new one, they said the only way to get a new one was to buy a new car, no thanks. I chose the top five best rated shops, and gave them a call. I felt very comfortable talking to Mitch, He took the time to explain things to me and if you've ever called a transmission shop, you know what I mean. I had them fix my transmission and am very happy with everything. I felt very taken care of by Mitch and Nicole, they even set me up with my own web page for my car so I can always go back and see what's been done and what I can expect when my next service is due. The price was great and exactly what they quoted me, $1243.70 and only took three days. I am very, very happy with the job they did and I recommend them to anyone with transmission problems. PS, they also have regular mechanics, so I'm going back for my next service!

Nicole helped me with my a/c problem, she explained everything clearly and very understandable. She arrainged for a ride to work, and picked me up when the work was done. My a/c works perfect and the price was very fair. Nicole just became my car's new best friend
