I don't know what this other person was thinking...Einstein's is a horrible bagel. Coming from a Big City, where the water is key to a good bagel...many places out here in AZ try but don't succeed. I've been to NY Bagel and Bialy...a staple from where I'm from and I have to say, that the one here in AZ is disappointing. Other people have suggested Brooklyn Bagel by Desert Ridge...horrible. I've had Chompie's and I have to say that I'd rather have cheaper store bought than Chompie's bagels...they're terrible. Lox, stock and Bagel on Via De Ventura and Hayden is okay, they're huge bagels...but too airy, nothing to them. This by far is the best bagel in town.

I??m not from the ??Big City?? so I??m not sure what the hook is supposed to be with this place. I personally wasn??t impressed with their bagels or the prices they charge for them. I wish I had just taken the extra 10 minutes to head over to Einstein??s. In my honest opinion, I??ve had store bought bagels that were better.
