This is a first class organization. I have used Biltmore Skin Care for years for many many services. The professional team there is exceptional, friendly. I would never go anywhere else. I have referred dozens of my friends there and they all have the same exceptionally experience from check in to treatment to check out. Can not say enough good things about this operation.

This places is horrible, I am not the only one in here who is writing bad things about this place. I have no idea who the other person is, BUT I believe who ever is giving this place a good recommendation is an associate of this place or has something to gain from them.
Trust me I have never asked them for my money back, And trust me Jan Dupuy Botox caused me a sever eye infection that even made me take a CT scan and made me loss work for weeks, I lost $100s of dollars of my money and also lost some of my vision.
This valley of the sun(Phoenix Metro area) or it is called the wild west is full of bad business and violence (as NewYork times agreed with me) but I have never seen more rude and more un compassionate medical office like this one.
After my eye was infected the nurse gave me a time to come and pick up my medical records when I arrived there with a horrible red eye she refused to look at it and she yelled at me and said to go away, she said that was going to hurt her business! so I told her I will be talking to my lawyer and left. this Jan Dupuy went to court and got an injunction! SHE NOT only caused me eye problem that lasted long time but she went to the a judge and defamed me(remember anyone can go and get an injunction even with a lie, specially the way the judges are in Phoenix area). BY the way when I went to pick up my medical records I recorded our conversation with a small recorder as a matter of fact I was afraid to go to her office without it because She sounded irrational to me.
I have filed a complaint with the state against Jan Dupuy and because of her more lies I may file another complaint against Dr Fernando soon. by the way where is the Dr it seems the places is run by some desk receptionist!
oh by the way there was another Dr in Phoenix that I have complaint about before who supposedly was "high class" OH and now he doesn't practice anymore because the state found out later on that he was on something while practicing on his patients, he even caused a death of his patient...
One woman who moved from California to Phoenix area told me that she doesn't trust Arizona medical offices anymore so she travels all the way to California when ever she needs a medical attention.
Please avoid this place... honestly I think nurses should not be able to administer Batax on patients

This idiot that keeps slamming Biltmore Skin Care is a scammer. She is a professional hustler. She uses services all over the valley and then tries to defame the company and extort money from them. The has filed hundreds of lawsuits in small claims court, but she is going to get shut down.

Biltmore Skin and Dr. Fernano are first class. Their only mistake was letting this lunatic in their office. The services are exceptional.
