If I could go back, I would not have bought a condo that was formerly an apartment. Granite countertops and wood floors are nice if I didn't have to hear my neighbor talk on the phone at 2 AM while trying to sleep in my bedroom and or hear what constantly sounds like bowling balls being dropped from the neighbors above. Their foot steps cause my condo walls to shake! In other words, the building construction is of poor quality, and if the market wasn't so bad nowadays, I would have sold this piece of crap along time ago. It seems many of the residents in this place aren't even owners, but renters; it's no different than living in an apartment complex.‎

I had rented an apartment in this complex since 2002, they turned them into condos and told everyone that they would honor their leases, LIES!!!! they kicked me out 3 months into my renewed lease without an explanation just that they were not going to honor it. I later found out that it was purchased, but still they lied. The complex was built as apartments and they feel like one, not condos, you can hear everything your neighbor does. They are way overpriced and they only sold about 100 of the 300+ units in the APARTMENT complex since they started this in 2006. I wouldn't pay more than 60k for the largest two bedroom there. They make me sick.‎
