I was so pleased with the technician they sent to my house he was such a pleasure and very knowlegable.

Its hard to find a company now a days that is so service oriented. Christian Brothers was excellent From the girl who answered the phone to the Plumber who came to my home. I would highly recommend this company! I took a picture of the rugs they used to bring in their equipment, I was so impressed I wanted to show my husband.

I called Christian Brothers because I had a clogged shower. What a mistake!!! This company almost up front threatens you with a mechanics lien before they come out. So you are responsible for a $45 charge just for them coming out. So then he tells me it will be $350 to clear the drain. I was outraged!!! He explained how hard it was going to be and how long it would take him. I agreed, but was concerned.
One hour later, he was done! $350 later I felt violated and taken advantage of. I called another licensed plumber who was amazed they did such a thing. This guy said, $75 per hour would be reasonable.

Then a tenant of mine called them for a problem without me knowing. I received a call, $450 for some minor repair. I quickly told the guy to collect his $45 from my employee and NEVER step foot back on this property. I called another plumber, $75 fixed the problem.

BEWARE!!!!!!! These people are crooks!!!!

They were the second company that came out to give me an estimate on my broken AC unit. I was pleased it was just a simple fix, the first company said I needed a new compressor.

I have had many other A/C companies service my Trane a/c units in the past, and I always complained about this knocking noise. The other companies told me that was normal. George from Christian Brothers came out and fixed the problem, no more knocking! I will never use another a/c company again.
