I liked the fact that Classy Closets is owned by Arizona residents that live in Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, and Mesa. I first went to the Chandler Showroom and met one of the owners there. He told me they are based in Chander and do all their manufacturing near Kyrene and the 202. They also manufacture for out of state locations in the southwest but bring a lot of revenue to Arizona from other states. I scheduled to have a designer come by my home to look at my basic walk in closet. She knew exactly what to do and how I needed to organize my closet. She didn't try to sell me more than what I needed and seemed to design to keep the price down as much as possible. The price was just higher than my lowest bid but lower than two other bids I had received. I wanted the closet done in about 5 days but had to wait about 8 days because that is the amount of work they had scheduled ahead of me. The arrrived on the date scheduled and were in and out in about 4 hours. I was amazed at how fast and efficient they worked. They even pulled out a vacuum cleaner and cleaned everything up very nice. Overall I had a very good experience. The price seemed a little high initially but I when I was finished I thought I received a great value. I like supporting companies that are locally owned and hanging in there trying to make it in this economy. Classy Closets seems to be doing well and I believe it is because of the excellent and efficient job they do. I was also shocked to find out that both my designer and the installer had worked at Classy Closets for over 15 years each. Their experience showed throughout the process. I have nothing but good to say about a great Arizona Company.

Quality was fine but it was not what my wife and I envisioned, it was what the salesman envisioned. It took two months plus after we were told it would be 4 wks "max". They blamed sub contractors when it was obvious it was there cabinets that were holding up the completion. They lied to subs telling them we were on a budget when it was them saving money by cutting corners.

They also did garage cabinets and I would highly recommend them for that.

Just don't deal with a bath sales person by the name of Don

I hired Classy Closets to build a home office for me several years ago and it's been amazing. It looks fantastic and has realy held up over the years. I had them come back to build a new closet organizer and it looks equally as good. They are professional. They have great craftsmanship and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them for custom closets, home offices and garage cabinets. I want my garage done next!

It is amazing what the folks at Classy Closets did with our closets! They were able to take and extremely small closet and turn it into an extremely function-able closet with loads of storage space. The representative was prompt and professional. The follow up service has been great. No complaints!
