Horrible customer service
We ordered kitchen cabinets with Diamond and as soon as we received the call that the product was in and an install date was schedule, we began demolition to remove the old cabinets and clear out our kitchen. Two days before the install date, we received a call that an overhead piece was still on back order, would be in by the middle of the following week, and were asked if we wanted to continue with the install or wait until the last piece came in. Since our kitchen was already gutted, we told them to install what they had. At delivery, we found that it was a base cabinet that was missing and 3 other doors were warped from the heat and needed replaced. We canceled the countertop installation until the base piece came in but the following week, were told by Diamond that the last piece was "estimated" to be in at the end of the week but they could not garauntee a date. It has been a week now that we have had no running water in our kitchen because we have no countertop to hook up our sink and dishwasher. The only thing we get from Diamond are employees pointing the finger at someone else. Nobody wants to take responsibility or show good customer service by compensating for the inconvenience or the cost to have the countertop installers come twice.
