After waiting in line for almost 40m to do the paper work, going downstairs to the parking lot to ger our cars, we all - around 15-20 people total - realized the cars are not ready. We were told the cars are being washed and it will take 5-10m to get them. Some people were already waiting for more than 1.5h and they had not got their cars yet. I ended up cancelling the whole thing after spending total 50m in there and got a car from National in less than 10m. By the way, their rates seem cheaper from other companies but their fees are more expensive. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I will never rent from these guys. This was one of those few times that I went against the internet reviews and got burnt. A lot of paper work was being done manually rather than computarized. Don't be fooled by their low rates. Not worth it.‎

These folks are worthless. I rented from them in Vegas, and when you get to the rental center, there's no Fox counter. You have to go outside & take another shuttle to get to their location (not so in Phoenix, it's in the same building). Their lot was dark & I was told my car was parked in a spot #. It was pitch black out & there's no #'s painted on the ground. The car didn't have a remote with it so I couldn't just push the button & find it. I had to guess & find my dark green Jeep Compass by trial & error. I found the car & when I started it, the computer displayed "needs oil change" and "low tire pressure." I went back in & the agent apologized & "upgraded" me to a Jeep Patriot. I started that car; "low tire pressure." I went back in & told her this is no good and was a bit agitated. She asked me which tire. I explained that it was pitch black out & I wasn't going to do ...

OMG! I can't beleive they are still in business. I went through two cars that won't start in one day! The manager & customer service agents were UNBELIEVABLY RUDE! They actually made fun of me to my face when I complained!‎

They are con artist. I, like many were lied to about the insurance. They canged me more for that than the car. Avoid this rent a car agency!

This people were rude to start with. My jeep compass stalled on me numerous times during my one day of renting. Additionally, i was over charged, instead of removing the difference of my deposit, they added it to the total! Brilliant...‎
