I am so impressed! I took my car in for an unidentifiable squeek, fearing the worst. Turns out the technician just tightened a belt and sent me on my way. Wonderful to find such honest mechanics!!‎

Took my car in for a simple oil change at the Mesa location. (Things started off badly when they could not tell me the brand of oil used.) When it was time to leave, I was told the radiator fluid looked "interesting" and could use a flush. (I just had it flushed by a very good mechanic.) They said the auto transmission fluid was "very dark." (The car has a new rebuilt transmission, and I recently checked the fluid myself; it was a nice light red.) They said the power steering hose was "wet," and we had better "keep an eye on it." (My mechanic assured me all is well; the power steering pump is fairly new, and the "wetness" came from a small oil leak above the hose.) The real kicker came when he said to me, "Our goal is to put MORE money in your pocket and LESS money in ours!" Yeah, right. That is why you are in business. The staff at Good Works was polite, friendly and timely. They took me out to my car to SHOW my what was wrong and explain how they would fix it, how long it would take and how much it would cost. The work they did was excellent and the price was incredible. I will never take my car to any other auto repair shop again. Finally-people I can trust to be honest and do a great job!!‎
