This inspection company is the best. They are really nice and answer all your questions on the phone, then they actually show up on time. The inspector was very professional and knew what he was talking about. He was thorough and let me walk around the house and ask him questions while he was inspecting. He pointed things out to me and explained what they were and what repairs would be needed. He even knew about how much the repairs would cost. The next day he emailed me a report that was very comprehensive, but easy to read. It even had color pictures. This company does every kind of inspection you can think of, not just home inspections. They even do mold tests, radon tests, lead-based paint and water testing. The inspector told me they even have a little camera they can stick in your air ducts or sewer to see in there. I will definitely call Homewerx again when I need something inspected.
