I recently moved into the neighborhood and had read some reviews about their long standing history. So I figured why not...boy was I wrong! First off, when I dropped off my clothes one of their employees opened my car door right into a table they had. Then after I picked up my clothes I went to wear one of the shirts and there were holes burnt into one of the sleeves and a tear around the elbow. I took the shirt back and showed them, but they said management went home and someone would contact me later. When the manager does call me she says, the material isn't that nice and they weren't sure about the burnt holes??????. Then she goes on to say we can pay you 30% of the original cost or make it into a short sleeve shirt. Are you serious?!?! You ruin a nice Gap button up dress shirt, then insult my choice of clothes and that's the best you can do!!! I will never go back to the place and would agree their customer service is terrible! I understand accidents happen, but at least make the situation right! I have no idea how they have stayed in business this long, if this is how they treat their customers!

Excellent Customer Service, Convenience, OK Dry Cleaning

This place has great service, the attendants in my experience have always been above and beyond friendly. I love the convenience of just driving up and having my clothes placed in my car, it's so easy, don't even have to get out of the car.

I haven't really had much experience with their laundering service, mostly just dry cleaning. They're ok. But the chemicals they use seem harsh, not in comparison to most dry cleaners. I think they are on par. But compared to the dry cleaner I had been using, which was the best dry cleaner ever. No chemical smell on the clothes ever. And very gentle, everything always looks new. Even though it costs more, but to me I am really picky so it's worth it.

Maroney's dry cleaning makes my silk shirts smell like dry cleaning chemicals and the fabric looks a little faded each time. They're about the same as most of your average dry cleaners out there as far as that goes. But if that's what you're used to, and I am sure it's good enough for 95% of people, then you will like Maroney's. They have top notch service.

Best cleaners in Phoenix by Bill W. at InsiderPages

I've been taking my clothes to Maroneys for over 15 years. They have always done an excellent job with prompt service and great prices. Even though I don't live near them any more, I still drive several miles out of my way to take my clothes to them.

I would never go back. The girl was new and I told her to only wash and iron my slacks and button up shirts. Instead she ironed everything (even paint stained shorts) and then when I went to pick up I was told $231. I should have been charged around $90. When I spoke to the manager he was too lazy to fix the problem correctly and just estimated what the cost would have been instead of counting each piece of clothing. Basically I was overcharged because the employee wasn't trained well enough and the manager didn't want to take the time to fix his employees mistake and shooed me out the door.

this laundry is a very good find when it comes to laundries. they always pick up and deliver all my clothes. they do this on time and they always do a very good cleaning job.they dont charge a lot of money for their service.i like the fact that they are so dedicated and they love what they do . they are very friendly.
