I went to this store on the recommendation of my boyfriend, who is Jewish, to buy him a mezuzah for his new home. The female store clerk there was not very helpful and was quite rude, not even a "thank you" after my purchase. To my dismay, my boyfriend said that the mezuzah I had bought was not kosher (defective) and we wanted to return the item. Unfortunately, she was rude again and refused, saying "no refunds, only store credit." However, there was nothing on the receipt or a sign in the entire store stating this policy. This being my first time in any Jewish establishment, honestly I didn't feel very welcome here and will see if I can find another market. Don't waste your hard-earned cash here...go somewhere else where the service is better, like I will!‎
