I also had a bad experience with D.S. She really has no business in sales. Have shopped in dress collections on several occasions and she is the only sales person who stood out as particularly unfriendly. I remembered her name because it is so unusual. Would not try to be helped by her again! I'm surprised the store has not done anything about her considering I'm not the only one!

I have been shopping in high end retail stores including neiman marcus my entire life and I have never been treated as rudely as I was by D.S. Summers, a sales associate in dress collections. This is a great store but this woman should not be working there and I would not recommend buying anything through her. I was looking at several dresses and she was helpful until I picked a dress that happened to be substantially marked down. She became short and extremely rude and when I asked her if I could purchase the dress in another size from a different store and have it sent to me, she told me that she was too busy at the moment to do that and would not be able to do it until Monday (It was Saturday!). I decided to call the other store myself just so that she would not receive commission on my purchase which was apparently too small for her to worry about and went on to spend my money elsewhere in the store. D.S. Summers is horrible at her job and I am now hesitant to shop in dress collections again. Suzanne Ferry in accessories was very nice and helpful and I am very happy with the Kooba purse that she helped me select.

Neiman Marcus is a ridiculously priced store! Clothing is nice, but WOW, the prices are super high!! Sales Associates aren't very friendly either. Store is clean, and racks are easy to find items.
