Recently purchased a new house, working with contractors can be a nightmare...my wife and I were out of town and PHE worked with my contractor...what a blessing. Their staff, service and technicians worked fast in completing our project by Christmas! I will recommend Buzz Jensen to anyone who needs A/V service.

I have tried to give PHE the benefit of the doubt on more than one occassion. But they have consistently provided horrible customer service. It takes numerous follow up calls to get service or even a requested estimate on items you would like to purchase. I am frankly tired of it and I am taking my business elsewhere.
