I'm just about to drop my car off tomorrow so we will see how these guys do on the return. I rent every week for business and this is the first time I would have ever felt that I should warn fellow travelers. In retrospect I would not rent from these guys. They hustle everyone on upgrades and needless insurance. We arrived and he said our midsize car was a pt cruiser (even though there were none in the parking lot). I asked if there were any other vehicles in mid sized and was told no. Magically when he got the keys we got a Kia Rondo which was much better. The don't fill it to right to full - just so it appears full yet charge you for that whole tank. They are unbelievably pushy on the insurance and require a $250 deposit if you don't take the insurance. It appears that they hire used car salesmen who couldn't make it...

AWFUL!! Would never rent from them again. This place is a total sham. Reserved a full size (Hyundai Sonata or similar). When we got there, they were all out except for a Crown Vic (8 cylinder that looked like it was from 1980). Of course, this is how they get more money because they know you won't want it and have to pay more for an upgrade. Oh, of course, they were all out of smaller ones also. To top it off, the customer service was deplorable.

Beware of great deal online and another/higher price when you get there. They tried to force me to get additional insurance coverage even though I was told over the phone there were no extra charges. I left and went to Alamo. Don't waste your time! Go to a reputable car rental company.

Worst rental experience ever. They advertise a full size SUV (Ford Explorer) and give us a RAV4...we had three suitcases and 5 people. The Sequoia we were forced to drive was twice as much. Similar reviews on epinions.com. Beware....

This was a total bait and switch operation. I booked with Expedia for a week at $244. and when I arrived they had a tiny hatchback available, after the added undisclosed online cost, manditory insurance, extra driver charge, shuttle fees, etc.. they gave me a mid size car for $400. a week. They get you out of the airport with a great deal and then charge you what they want to get. Buyer beware, rent from an established company, this one is all about jacking up your cost. Cars did not have GPS or the option and they were not of the standard that most people are used to finding at an airport location. They operate to suck in the tourist and up charge them with a bunch of used car salesmen. Shuttle can be good or bad, I was met quickly but my sister waited 45 minutes in the sun for a shuttle from the airport.
