NOT a honest place
Was told I had to drive from Yuma, AZ to cancel and extended contract by Finance Manager Lisa- Got there and sign it with Gladimer on 4/30/11. And they still have not cancelled it so I can get my refund. Left several messages for "Katie" who is the only person who can hit the key on the computer and she will not call me back....Called Gladimir who took my signature and he says he can not help...as only Katie has the golden finger and he acts like he is incapable of anything. DO NOT go there....VERY DISHONEST

I purchased my last vehicle from salesman ricky esponza and in all of my years it was a 5 star experience,the finance department was excellent and I have their outstanding service department.This dealer went above and beyound any expections causing my daughter to purchase there in addition to several friends and neighbors.Ricky mus be a very busy man (HONESTY PAYS)

Worst service ever!: Slow, do not cover warranty work, the do incomplete work, the over fill oil, the warranty work they do is shawdy, they over price oil changes ($120) for sprinters. The vehicle has been in for two warranties in under 36k miles. They do not pay for rentals. They hang up on you when they are busy without a word. It seems this type of service is common with dodge. They over filled my oil at Earnhart's too. I have seen other irate customers in the lobby too.
