Adequate Service at a reasonable price
Popped in on Sunday and they were able to complete my service and recommended air filter for less than I normally pay my mechanic.

Excellent Service and Value
My experience at buying my first new care at Power Toyota Tempe, was terrific. As a 23 year old woman, I was certain that I would be swindled. To my surprise it was quite the opposite. I was treated respectfully and there was no pressure whatsoever.

This place exists for one reason, to rip people off! I went in to get my oil change, which took over an hour, and as I was waiting in the "lobby" I heard at least 3 of the salesmen try to sell people crap they obviously didn't need and wouldn't listen to the customer when they said "No." After an hour of waiting, the "mechanic", Adam Rodriguez, comes over and tells me that I need the following: Cabin Air Filter - $59.95 Dirty Brake Fluid - $119.95 Timing Belt = $345.54 I had already gotten the Timing Belt replaced by Tempe Tune-Up a month before the oil change and when I told him, he told me, "Well they didn't put a sticker on it, that's how we can tell when it needs to be replaced." Are you FREAKIN' kidding me?!? How can a place claim to service cars and not know when to change the Timing Belt??? I DO NOT recommend ANYONE go to this place, they are just out there to make a quick buck and don't care about their customers. ...

They will charge you for any mileage over 200 per "24 hour period" from the time you rent the car. This was not explained adequately and I needed it for a business trip. I ended up getting a 40$ charge later. Camelback Toyota does not charge milage. I'm renting from them from now on.
