Sunset Nursery is incredible because plants & seeds grow so differently in Phx/Glendale than they do in other states. I used to buy from Home Depot and my plants usually died because I was buying them in the wrong season and planting them in the wrong places. I've been shopping at Sunset for almost 16 years and I LOVE THEM!! I can ask Clark (the owner) or these other 2 young guys (I don't know their names) just about ANYTHING and they have the answer!! I asked for "a plant that will bloom in the shade with purple flowers in the middle of December" and they found one for me! I love it!‎

All I have to say is they are very helpful and they know what they are talking about when it comes to plants. I highly recommend them for all of your gardening needs. They deliver too, which was very helpful to me.‎

These people are knowledgeable, helpful, and curteous. The plants are exceptionally well cared for and healthy, and they carry plants I have not been able to find any where else. (I got a lilac bush there that actually grows and blooms in Phoenix).‎
