Poor customer service

The sales people will promise you anything and then they don't deliver, and they claim that they never knew that there was a problem. Only expect headaches not a business trying to make the customer happy. Then they will threaten you with liens on your property (even when the work wasn't completed) and play games. Don't see how they expect repeat customers.
