I decided last minute that I wanted a certain lens. I went to Tempe Camera to purchase it, hoping it would not cost to much more than buying it online.
Wow was I wrong! Even though the salesman cut the price of the lens and the filter a little, when I went to AMAZON when I got home.... for the same amount of money I could of purchased the same lens+filter+lens hood plus another lens I wanted +filter+lens hood!
That was two lenses two filters and two hoods for the same price as the one lens and filter at Tempe Camera.
I don't know what their return policy is, but tomorrow I am going to try and return the lens and filter and order it online. Yikes, if they won't return it, tough lesson learned!

Poor Sensor cleaning!
Thanks to their poor cleaning service... I paid $50 to have my dSLR cleaned, after I picked up the camera i tested it outside and still saw a couple spots. I went back in and asked why, the guy said that's all they can do, no one can clean it perfectly. I was piss and went on amazon to get a cleaning kit. After reading so much online... I did it myself and it wasn't hard at all. the kit cost me like $40'ish. Thanks Tempe Camera for doing a bad job, or I would never learn cleaning the sensor on my own. I still have the kit and helped many friends cleaned up their sensor.‎

Customer service needs work
I was looking to get a camera repaired and asked around - everyone said Tempe Camera so I tried them. I left three separate phone messages and four separate e-mail messages - NONE of which were returned. They were left over four weeks with a couple different people as I didn't want to make the trip across town if I didn't know they could help. What a disappointment. I was hoping to "shop local" but they just didn't return messages - many messages. I would have driven the extra miles based on recommendations, but I needed to at least talk to someone first or have them acknowledge me.‎
