This condo complex is were I called home for the past 3 years. My condo was spacious and well maintained and rent was reasonable. My unit had ceramic tile throuout all the main living areas with carpeted bedrooms. Maintenance staff handled any issues that I had in a prompt and professional manner and the common areas of complex were clean and well maintained. I would recommend living here to anyone. The only reson I moved was due to a job transfer that took me crosstown.‎

I lived at Villas West for about 4 years, Villas is a very family oriented place. The office staff is friendly and helpful, they are very understanding when rent is paid late and are always eager to assist with payment arrangements when times got though. Nice place to live until you're able to get your own home.‎

The actual number for this place is (623) 842-1010. Secondly, the rental staff has ripped me off thousands of dollars. They stole the dryer from my unit and sold my washer without permissions. They charged me for work that was never performed. They charged me for replacement items and paint that didn't need to be done. On top of it all the Counsel of the HOA are the OWNERS OF THE RENTAL BUSINESS. The lease the pools from their son, their daughter is the manager of the company. Its a big scam. On top of it all when i ran into financial trouble they shut off the water on the family and children there illegally. I had to get the police involved before they would turn it back on. The crime in this area is also outrageous to boot. I do not recommend ANYONE renting or buying in this area unless you have no other choice.‎

I have lived at this property for over 6 years. There needs to be security to enforce the curfew; there are a few little "gangs" of kids that do nothing but cause trouble, damage property, and just pretty much do what they want here, all night long. The property management just doesn't care.‎

I lived at Villas West for two years. The office staff are pleasant but are not quick to help. Four times my air conditioning went off (because the unit was older than dirt and needed to be replaced) in the two years I lived there. All four times were around the 4th of July (the hottest time of the year). It would go out on Friday and no one was available to help me out until Monday or Tuesday. There was always an excuse and even though the Landlord Tenant Act states that they need to fix it or put me up in a hotel, neither was done or offered. I even sent a letter directly to the person who owned by unit----no reply. Not surprised. Now they are trying to gyp me out of my deposit for things that were not taken care of before I moved in!! They state that even though I noted the problems, some were crossed out. They think I crossed out the problem thinking it really wasn't one? Too many people live in alot of the units and management doesn't care. Too many kids out past curfew ...
