This is a very RARE exception at Woodsmith and we pride ourselves on covering every aspect of your project and finding out EVERYTHING you are expecting, then doing our very best to meet those expectations. The customer who left the review below often struggled to communicate his expectations. When the cabinets were delivered, he was expecting to receive items that he didn't order. Horrible experience with Cord Smith, owner of Woodsmith Cabinetry. Would never deal with this company again.‎

We recently purchased cabinets through Woodsmith and their service was fine until there were minor problems with the cabinets (wrong sizes). During the planning stage, we were given the promise that the correct sizes would be ordered and if not, we could return the cabinet for a different size. However, this was not the case and when requesting an exchange for the correct cabinets, it became hard to contact the company. A refund for missing hardware was not given in full. We do not recommend this company. The cabinets are very nice, but not the customer service.
