Upon entering these temple grounds you may notice the friendly faces among the quiet, grass laden, flower lined, small golden domed structure in the heart of Central Phoenix. The hush of church applies inside - not only in regard to piety, but more over because these devotees engage in meditation. Often before and after the service of their own recognizance - and always as a small part of the Sunday ritual. After the community announcements the congregation engages in prayer, chanting and the brief meditation, making way for the Brother to lead the lecture with the word of the day. A round of fiscal support is followed, again, by prayer and chanting with an Indian style musical accompaniment. It's a compassionate, heart centered practice and teaching - sans judgement in regard to all other practices or religions. Truth seekers from all religions are welcome here - as they, themselves, are not listed as a religion. The crux of the teachings lies in it's weekly lessons as taught by the lineage of it's founders with a strong focus on meditation thereby realizing for ones self the inherent, intrinsic, benefits and treasures that lie therein. It's my all time favorite place of worship!

Mary Beth has been the owner at the helm of this business since it's inception, some twenty years now. She has nurtured this studio from it's seed inception in her home to it's current location on 7th Street just South of Camelback. Her high teaching standards and continuing education offers the aspiring yogi much to strive for and obtain. The studio offers every thing from yoga, and supplies, to massage and other bodywork as well. It's simply the best studio in the Valley!

This is my go-to store for all things magical! Sometimes I just want to be there and absorb all the good energy flowing around the space. Northern Winds, a store within the store, has a lot of great classes on site, each week. Between the two stores I find every thing I need.
